Job Description

An established company in Fort Worth is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Warehouse Associate to support its second-shift warehouse operations. In this role, you will receive, inspect, count, and organize incoming materials while maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position offers an opportunity to develop warehouse skills while supporting an efficient receiving and inventory operation.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, count, and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities and checking for damage or discrepancies.
• Record incoming inventory using computer systems or manual documentation to maintain accurate stock records.
• Unpack, label, and organize materials in designated warehouse storage locations.
• Perform physical inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and report inventory or product issues to supervisors.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving and storage areas while assisting team members with daily warehouse operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while following warehouse safety procedures.

The base pay for this position is $17 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth
