FF&E Interior Designer for Luxury Homes | Growth & Collaboration

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Interior Designer to manage furniture, fixtures, and equipment selection and procurement for residential interior projects. This role requires strong coordination skills and a sharp design eye. Key Responsibilities Source and propose FF&E items aligned with design intent and project budget Prepare presentation boards, specifications, and costings Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams Manage procurement timelines and track deliveries Handle changes, substitutions, and quality checks through to final installation Requirements Experience in FF&E, interior design, or related field Strong understanding of residential design and materials Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Adobe Suite) Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and clients Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) is an advantage for project coordination What We Offer Exposure to high-end residential projects Collaborative, design-driven environment Growth opportunities within a fast-scaling design & build company #J-18808-Ljbffr Haus Atelier
