Lead Analyst, Data Product at Johnson & Johnson owns MedTech supply chain data products throughout their lifecycle, translating business needs into governed data models. The role involves partnering with supply chain teams, leading cross-functional squads, and ensuring data products deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Partner with supply chain teams to identify business problems, use cases, and desired outcomes
- Translate business opportunities into product scope, requirements, success measures, and acceptance criteria
- Own data product lifecycle from discovery and definition through delivery, publication, adoption, and improvement
- Lead domain-aligned data product squads and connect business partners with technical and delivery teams
- Measure product adoption, quality, and business value to prioritize ongoing improvements and address risks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree
- Experience in data product management, product management, or business analysis
- Demonstrated ability to lead data or analytics initiatives from discovery through delivery
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across organizational boundaries
- Knowledge of data requirements, modeling, governance, integration, and quality practices
- Familiarity with supply chain domains such as planning, procurement, manufacturing, or logistics
- Experience with regulated industries such as MedTech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare preferred
