Job Overview Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) obtains securities industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and provides comprehensive financial advice and client relationship management while delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions. Key Responsibilities Obtain and maintain the required industry licenses within the specified timeframes. Develop and manage client relationships, assessing financial needs and goals. Deliver comprehensive financial advice, including portfolio reviews and strategy recommendations. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet client needs. Adhere to SAFE Act registration and complete required background checks. Required Qualifications Aptitude for obtaining industry licenses. Self‑disciplined time and capacity management. Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions. Strong peer collaboration and communication skills. Results‑driven mindset prioritizing client interests in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies. Desired Qualifications Current FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) holder. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least one year of financial services or sales experience.
