For more information on our company please visit Position Description Are you a highly experienced Superintendent/Field Operations Leader with water, wastewater, or PFAS treatment construction experience looking to take ownership of an entire state's water portfolio and have the autonomy to manage it as you see fit? Are you looking for a leadership position working directly alongside the Regional VP to shape strategy for a business unit that's about to become the majority of the company's work? The Value Proposition Myers & Sons in Colorado has grown its backlog significantly to over $115M in the past year, and water and wastewater work is set to become the majority of that backlog moving forward - this position will see you overseeing all of it. Reporting directly to the Regional VP, you will run the entire Colorado water and wastewater portfolio — CMAR and PFAS treatment plant projects across the state, from Keystone and Eagle through new work starting in Boulder — with full accountability for the field and project leadership beneath you. You will help build out and lead the water division's superintendent and project management bench, currently a gap in the business, and be the senior operational voice for water work in the region, working alongside the executive team on strategy and pursuits as the division scales. Projects typically run $5M–$30M, based out of the Brighton office, and all work is in the Colorado area.
