Schedule This position offers an 8-hour day shift with guaranteed hours. Job Description The Outpatient Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient setting. The role includes working with a diverse patient population and meeting productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, averaging 12-14 patients per day. The therapist may also be expected to float to other clinics as needed. Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapy interventions to enhance patient outcomes. Document patient progress and treatment provided accurately. Participate in patient education and discharge planning. Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to coordinate care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Outpatient experience is preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply.
