The role includes the following responsibilities: Assess patients, set goals, and adjust treatment plans. Plan discharges and communicate with patients and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams to coordinate treatment. Ensure safety and follow infection control standards. Qualifications Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. BLS/CPR certification. New graduates encouraged; prior experience in a rehab hospital is preferred. Physical Requirements Must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, lift, push, and pull for prolonged periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
