Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Per Diem Opportunities in Norwalk, CT

Compensation

• $125.00 per nursing visit
• $40.00/hour for shift assignments

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN License
• Minimum of 1 year of current LPN experience in an acute care setting
• Home care experience preferred
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical examination completed within the past year
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON test, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years if applicable
