Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper for a direct hire opportunity with a manufacturing company in Los Angeles, CA 90065. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys owning the full bookkeeping cycle, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting leadership with timely financial reporting. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will play a key role in the financial operations of the business by managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, deposits, coding, and reporting. The right candidate will bring hands‑on QuickBooks Desktop experience, strong Microsoft Outlook skills, and a solid understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles in a business environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records using ledgers, journals, spreadsheets, databases, and accounting software. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, debit and credit activity, deposits, vouchers, checks, and cash processing. Verify figures, postings, financial documents, and account balances for accuracy and completeness. Reconcile accounts, research discrepancies, and report issues in a timely and professional manner. Compile financial activity reports including cash flow, profit and loss, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Code documents according to company procedures and support compliance with internal, state, and federal financial regulations. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 per year.
