Controls Engineer

Controls Engineer Responsible for controls systems design, specification, programming, simulation and testing, and start‑up assistance, using mechatronics. Requirements A Bachelors degree in Mechatronics Engineering. Three years of post‑baccalaureate experience as a Controls Engineer. Proficiency in the design, commissioning, and troubleshooting of controls systems for food packaging machinery. Proficiency in development and improvement of products. Proficiency with AutoCad, SQL, and advanced automation systems. Proficiency in PLC programming, electrical/control design, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in analysis of system to predict failures using vibration monitoring. Travel required: 1‑2 trips per month in the Midwestern U.S., lasting 2‑5 days.
