Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, communicating with the kitchen staff as needed.
• Serve food and drinks to guests while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, floors, and restrooms.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with grace and professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Strong multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in orders and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
