The Town of Wellesley's Facilities Management Department (FMD) is seeking full-time Custodians to join one of the area's premier municipal facilities organizations. We are looking for reliable individuals with a strong work ethic who thrive in a team environment. Previous custodial experience is preferred but not required. New hires receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from experienced Facility Supervisors while learning all aspects of custodial operations, including building cleaning, minor maintenance, grounds work, event setup, building security, and emergency snow and ice response.

Current Openings:
-Monday-Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
-Tuesday-Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm and Saturdays, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

School vacation and summer hours are generally first shift.

Candidates must be available for weekend, emergency, and stand-by duties as required and possess a valid Massachusetts Driver's License and High School diploma or GED.

The hourly rate is $22.75-$28.36 , depending on qualifications and experience.
