Job Opportunity: Child and Adolescent Therapist
Our organization is looking for a dedicated Child and Adolescent Therapist to deliver empathetic, evidence-informed care to children, adolescents, and their families within our Healthcare & Medical Services division. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at supporting the mental health of young individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess emotional and behavioral issues.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each child and family.
- Provide individual and family therapy addressing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges.
- Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, primary care professionals, and educational institutions.
- Ensure meticulous clinical documentation is maintained for all patient interactions.
- Relevant degree and licensure in mental health therapy.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
