DevOps & AI Adoption Engineer

Salary: $65,000 - 102,000 per year Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Technical Training, or Technical Writing with a focus on DevOps or Platform Engineering
- Strong grasp of modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, Docker, cloud infrastructure, and version control systems
- Practical experience using generative AI tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT for development, troubleshooting, or documentation
- Demonstrated portfolio of technical writing work, such as documentation, blogs, or guides, and/or technical video production, such as screen recordings or tutorials
- Excellent written and spoken communication abilities, paired with a service-minded approach and a genuine drive to help engineers succeed
- Experience with static site generators, Markdown, or publishing tools is an advantage
- Build and improve structured onboarding experiences, interactive learning paths, and self-service resources for developer teams
- Create clear, concise technical content, including quick-start guides, FAQs, release notes, and documentation using Markdown and internal wikis
- Script, record, and edit engaging video tutorials that explain DevOps tools and workflows
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools by teaching teams how to use GitHub Copilot for code generation and CI/CD optimization
- Lead live training sessions, run workshops, and host technical office hours to strengthen the developer community
- Represent developer feedback and turn it into actionable input for core DevOps and infrastructure teams
