Senior Electrical Engineer

Senior Electrical Engineer The Senior Electrical Engineer reports to the Engineering department leader and joins our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) engineering team, responsible for the design, analysis, validation, and deployment of advanced energy storage systems with a strong focus on electrical power systems, control systems, safety compliance, and manufacturing execution. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to deliver safe, reliable, and scalable energy storage solutions. Work is primarily based in the Waterbury, Vermont office, with travel to production facilities and customer sites as needed.
