Global Data Center Security Delivery Lead

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 10 years of experience managing, sourcing, or procuring business resources and vendors. 10 years of experience leading operational or project based work and tasks, and developing and deploying processes to mitigate risk. 10 years of experience coordinating or managing resources for data center locations. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience coordinating or leading security, and experience planning security operations or strategy for security programs. 7 years of experience in security management, criminal justice, or engineering. 5 years of experience managing incidents and crises. Experience with construction-related efforts, including blueprint reviews, and integrated security systems. ABOUT THE JOB: As a Data Center Security Manager, you deliver full pieces of a project and make significant contributions with minimal guidance. You use your knowledge of security technology, data analysis, and data visualization to plan efforts of a team responsible for small to medium sized initiatives by delivering value-added perspectives and influencing project direction. You contribute to cross-team collaborations, identify and recommend multiple creative ways to solve defined problems. As the Staff Capacity Delivery Area Security Manager, you will drive the security outcomes of critical infrastructure projects through expert technical contributions and leadership. You will leverage knowledge of physical security designs, construction operations, security operations, and local laws to develop programs that align with global strategies while maximizing site efficiency. You will collaborate with executive management to prioritize complex construction projects. Beyond technical execution, you will be expected to advocate a culture of excellence, making our work environment safer and more collaborative. Develop and implement cross-functional strategies to minimize operational costs, improve workflow efficiency, and drive global standardization across sites. This includes collaborating in regards to security requirements and providing recommendations that support the immediate needs of the business. Oversee security projects to ensure technical infrastructure locations meet all regional governmental, environmental, and regulatory compliance requirements.
