Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Description: This is a high-impact lifecycle marketing role focused on improving the full customer journey, from onboarding and activation through early engagement and long-term retention. You’ll combine experimentation, analytics, and customer insight to identify opportunities and deliver measurable performance gains. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, operations, data, and technology. You’ll design and evaluate programs across email, SMS, and in-app channels while building a rigorous culture of testing and incrementality. You’ll also explore emerging AI and machine learning capabilities to make lifecycle engagement more relevant, predictive, and effective.
