Change Management Consultant

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Change Management Consultant to join their team. As a Change Management Consultant, you will be part of the Organizational Development department supporting project teams and leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Change Management Consultant Location: Remote What's the Job? Collaborate with clients to assess their change management needs and develop tailored strategies. Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. Create comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement plans. Provide guidance and support to project teams and leaders in implementing change initiatives. Develop and deliver effective change management workshops and training sessions. What's Needed? Experience with Gemini AI is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Change Management Consultant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in facilitating workshops and delivering training sessions. Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus. What's in it for me?
