Part-Time Evening & Saturday Position

Schedule – Must Be Available During These Hours: Monday–Friday: 4:30 PM–8:00 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM Approximately 27 hours per week

Dan Cummins of Georgetown is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Showroom Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team.

As one of the first people our customers meet when they enter or contact the dealership, this position plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized, and can confidently handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude
• Create a welcoming showroom experience and assist in directing customers to the appropriate team member
• Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
• Coordinate communication between customers and dealership departments
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with document imaging, scanning, and basic administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and showroom area
• Provide general administrative support to dealership staff as needed
• Help keep showroom operations running smoothly during evening and Saturday hours

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work the posted schedule
