This role is responsible for performing mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly operations in accordance with controlled work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in a regulated manufacturing environment and is committed to safety, quality, and precision.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble oil and gas components and sub-assemblies to build-to-print specifications, work instructions, and engineering drawingsUse a variety of hand tools, torque wrenches, and specialized assembly toolingPerform assembly of pressure-rated components, fittings, and related hardwareFollow all quality, safety, and cleanliness standards, including stop-work authorityComplete required production and quality documentation to ensure traceabilityConduct in-process inspections and participate in quality checksCommunicate defects, material shortages, or process concerns to leadershipSupport continuous improvement and maintain organized work areasAssist with training and mentoring new assemblers as neededRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED2+ years of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experienceAbility to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and work instructionsExperience using hand tools and precision measurement equipmentStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracyBasic computer skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in oil & gas, aerospace, marine, or defense manufacturingExperience with pressure-rated or safety-critical componentsFamiliarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systemsExperience working in a controlled manufacturing environmentPhysical & Work Environment RequirementsAbility to stand or sit for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 35 lbs with or without accommodationManual dexterity for detailed assembly tasksCompliance with PPE and safety requirementsEqual Opportunity EmployerTeledyne Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
