Hospice Medical Director — Lead Care & Quality

Gentiva is seeking a dedicated Hospice Medical Director to join the leadership team and provide clinical oversight for hospice physicians. You will ensure compassionate, goal-directed care within regulatory standards and guide quality improvement efforts across North Georgia.
You will lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, coordinate 24/7 on-call coverage, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
