You will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, taking on significant responsibilities from the start. Position Requirements: Must be admitted to the New York bar and in good standing Ideal candidates will have experience in civil defense litigation in both state and federal courts. Preferred candidates will have experience in aviation, product liability, and/or premises liability is preferred but not required. Candidates should have excellent research, writing, pre-trial discovery, and deposition skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and within a team setting. Trial skills and experience would be an added benefit but not necessary. Applicants must be organized, self-motivated, and able to handle files without supervision. Some travel may be required.
