4 days a week, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with rotating weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive therapeutic care for patients in an acute inpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in evaluating and treating patients with various physical therapy needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with individualized therapy plans.
• Prioritize caseload effectively to manage patient care efficiently.
• Collaborate with other rehabilitation staff for co-treatments.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation using Meditech Expanse.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• NH Physical Therapy License (must be in hand prior to submission).
• BLS certification.
• Acute inpatient physical therapy experience with proven evaluation and treatment abilities.
