Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, evaluating both psychiatric and medical aspects that affect each patient's well-being.

  • Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation that complies with all legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

  • Contribute to team meetings and case conferences, sharing knowledge and collaborating on interdisciplinary care planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse population of individuals facing complex mental health challenges, particularly those who also struggle with co-occurring medical conditions. Your role will be critical in addressing these dual needs and improving the overall quality of life for our patients.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • \n
  • A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical standards.

  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and a strong aptitude for utilizing computer applications in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
