Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | On-Call Monday–Thursday 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (rotating 1st and 2nd call)

Key Responsibilities
Provide perioperative nursing care throughout all phases of surgical procedures in the Operating Room
Participate in rotating on-call coverage Monday through Thursday, evenings and overnight
Float to other units as needed to support staffing requirements across the facility
Maintain compliance with facility policies including drug screening and health documentation requirements
Adhere to scheduling expectations, including holiday coverage and minimizing time-off requests

Required Qualifications
Active Kansas RN license or valid Compact RN license
Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience
Perioperative (Peri-op) experience required
Must complete lab requirements within 24 hours of signing; facility accepts Qgold only
Negative 13-panel drug screen required within 30 days prior to start
Must reside more than 45 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with scrub and circulating roles in a variety of surgical specialties
Familiarity with on-call protocols and fast-paced surgical environments
Strong adaptability and willingness to float to other units as needed
