Senior Associate, Alternative Investment Specialist

Responsibilities Help prioritize work, guide complex workflows, and promote a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement Build relationships with wealth management clients, serving as a trusted point of contact for ongoing service and issue resolution Communicate clearly with clients on discrepancies, timelines, and platform updates, translating complex alternatives data into actionable insights Support the end-to-end lifecycle of alternative investment data, including capital call and distribution processing, PCAPs, and data validation for reporting Help with team workflows to ensure timely processing of capital calls, distributions, and other time-sensitive events in line with client SLAs Contribute to client onboarding, coordinating with internal teams and fund managers to enable smooth setup and integration Leverage multiple platforms, including SS&C Accord’s AI-driven tools, to support efficient data aggregation and processing Identify potential risks and data quality issues early, partnering with cross-functional teams to support resolution Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline 2-3 years of experience in financial services, within wealth management, fund administration, or an alternative investment operations environment Working knowledge of fund accounting and a solid understanding of commitment-based vehicles, fund of funds, capital calls, recallable distributions, and PCAPs - candidates who can read and interpret a PCAP or distribution notice will stand out Strong Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables, SUMIF, and VLOOKUP; comfort working with large data sets and an ability to spot anomalies quickly #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
