Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Location: Santa Ynez, CA

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $34–$38/hour (depending on experience)

A well-established outpatient clinic in the Santa Ynez area is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join their team. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity supporting providers in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

• Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient care, procedures, and examinations
• Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints
• Administer medications and injections in accordance with physician orders and clinic protocols
• Perform basic clinical procedures such as wound care, EKGs, and specimen collection
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Provide patient education on medications, treatments, and follow-up care
• Ensure exam rooms are properly stocked, cleaned, and prepared for patients
• Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance standards

• Active California LVN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (outpatient or clinic setting strongly preferred)
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
• Proficiency with EMR systems is preferred
• BLS/CPR certification required

• Consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Santa Ynez, CA.

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00/hr.
