Occupational Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver compassionate, high-quality rehab care in our inpatient setting. Under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will provide hands-on treatments, support evaluations, and guide patients through therapeutic activities that build independence in daily living. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress, and help maintain a safe, nurturing, and rewarding environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes.
