Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Unit
Join our dynamic nursing team in the Medical Surgical Unit, where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will assess patient needs, develop appropriate care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and support to patients and their families.
- Monitor patient progress and modify plans of care as necessary.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Assist with patient education and advocacy.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Must hold a valid RN license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting.
