Pilates Instructor

We are hiring a Pilates Instructor for San Luis Obispo. Full‑time and part‑time positions available. Pay $40–$65 per class (negotiable for qualified talent). Instructor Highlights We are currently hiring instructors (minimum Mat & Reformer training) who can work with all client levels to provide challenging, fitness‑based Pilates classes safely. Ideal skill set includes training in the Chair, Springboard, Cadillac, as well as TRX, Magic Circle and other equipment. Demonstrate anatomical knowledge and focus on safety with the ability to provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries and/or limitations Stay up‑to‑date with and implement Club Pilates education standards at all times Develop and create class plans that are safe, effective, and challenging pursuant to Club Pilates standards Provide Pilates instruction (intro classes, group apparatus classes, private and semi‑private training) as scheduled Any other duties as assigned
