We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst II with strong expertise in business analysis, user experience design, and enterprise application modernization. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Learning Management Systems (LMS), legacy system integrations, and the automotive sales/dealer ecosystem. Required Experience
• 7+ years of Business/System Analysis experience.
• 4+ years of User Experience (UX) documentation and design experience.
• Experience with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience integrating legacy systems with COTS applications.
• Experience in Automotive Sales & Dealer systems.
• Experience enhancing User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
• Lead business requirement gathering and analysis.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and interviews.
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements.
• Create business process flows, activity diagrams, and use cases.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support project estimation and resource planning.
• Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Support QA teams with test strategy, test plans, and test case development. User Experience (UX)
• Design and improve user-centric experiences using Human-Centered Design principles.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and interactive designs.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs and interface specifications.
• Present UX concepts to business stakeholders and leadership.
• Work closely with Product Managers to improve customer experience.
• Contribute to UX research and design best practices. Required Skills
