Bring a strong customer service or sales foundation and a desire to learn, and we'll provide the training.Pay & Earning PotentialBase Pay: $15.25–$16.25 per hourWeekend Premium: +$5.00 per hour for weekend hours workedExpected Total Earnings: $19.00–$23.00 per hour including performance incentivesUncapped Commission: Strong performers can earn above the expected range90-Day Training Guarantee: Base-level commissions are guaranteed during your first 90 days while you complete trainingWhat You'll DoConsultative Sales: Engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend products and services that provide the right solution.Product & Service Expertise: Learn our specialty solutions across batteries, automotive, key programming, lighting, device repair, and other technical categories.Customer & Business Opportunities: Own the customer experience from greeting through checkout while identifying opportunities to connect business customers with our Commercial Sales team.Store Responsibility: Support inventory, merchandising, daily store execution, and opening/closing keyholder responsibilities while contributing to team sales goals.A Path to Something MoreWe invest in employee development and promote from within.
