Remote Patient Access Specialist - Inbound Care Expert
University of Texas Health Science Center
UT Health San Antonio is seeking an Access Specialist for a work-from-home role in a high-volume inbound call center. The role involves handling routine to complex patient inquiries, with onboarding conducted remotely and in the office over 6-8 weeks. Some in-office presence may be required a few times per year to support operations.
