Home Health Caregiver Position Available
At Modani Care, we are committed to providing Home Care Services You Can Trust to seniors and adults who need support with daily living. As a Home Health Caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Caregiver to join our team in Jesup, GA . As a Home Health Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, assisting with daily living activities, managing medications, and providing emotional support and companionship. Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist clients with managing medications and maintaining a safe living environment
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
• 0 years of experience in the healthcare industry (training provided)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and move easily throughout the home
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a focus on promoting client independence and dignity
