Analyze and verify test results with a high degree of accuracy. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation. Perform quality control and quality assurance procedures. Troubleshoot equipment and resolve technical issues. Follow all CAP, CLIA, OSHA, and hospital regulatory standards. Collaborate with pathologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and records.
