BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior in Transaction Advisory Services to support the M&A tax group with deal structuring, due diligence, and post-deal integration. The role involves guiding engagements, reviewing tax aspects of agreements, and advising on tax-efficient strategies across US federal, state and international regimes.
