Health Program Coordinator

Help improve the health and well-being of seniors and community members through meaningful wellness initiatives. This is responsible, specialized, and professional work developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive wellness and mental health education programs for participants in City senior, service, and community center programs. The position operates with considerable independent judgment and initiative, with results evaluated through reports, conferences, and achievement of objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and coordinate wellness and mental health education programs Provide individual medical assistance to help participants coordinate care (e.g., medication management) Maintain participant health-related files Create and distribute wellness calendars and public relations materials Manage program budgets, including grant funds and reporting Coordinate volunteers and participate in community outreach Develop partnerships with health and social service providers Represent Senior Services at outreach events and make presentations to seniors and community organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr
