What You Will Do * Apply individual, cluster and strip lashes using our specific methods * Perform eyebrow make up application and brow arching * Deliver warm, professional service to every client — from the greeting to the farewell * Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitized workstation at all times (tools, water, barbicide changed as needed) * Support the team with store duties during slow periods What We Are Looking For * Valid Missouri Esthetician or Cosmetologist license (required) * A genuine care for clients and the quality of your work — not just completing the service, but doing it right * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally * A learning mindset — we provide training and expect you to receive feedback openly and improve continuously * Attention to detail in both technique and sanitation * Wig styling experience is a strong plus * Experience not required — we will train the right person. What we cannot train is attitude, integrity, and the desire to do excellent work. * $10/hour base pay plus 20% commission on services (for stability during 1st year) * $7/hour base pay plus 30% commission on services (for higher earning potential after 1st year) * Plus tips averaging $20-$40 per day (may be less during 1st month, higher after 1st year) * Experienced techs in our environment earn $25-$28/hr total * Consistent, high client volume — you will stay busy especially after the you have acquired the necessary skill * A clear growth path as we expand our service menu to include waxing, wig styling, and additional makeup services * A team culture built on respect, honesty, and taking pride in what we do We expect excellence in customer service — and we stand behind the people who deliver it. Our team is not expected to absorb disrespect. If a client crosses the line, management steps in. You are supported here. We believe in being honest with the people who join our team. The training period is demanding — you will be developing precision skills under real conditions, and not every client will be patient with the process. There will be moments of rejection and dissatisfaction that require a strong mindset to push through. We do not leave you to figure that out alone. We coach, we encourage, and we stay in your corner. But the resilience has to come from you — and if you have it, you will come out the other side a confident, skilled professional. Schedule * Full-time only- 40 hours a week. * Store hours: Monday-Saturday 9am-8pm, Sunday 10am-6pm. Scheduling discussed at interview.
