Decision Intelligence Lead

Decision Intelligence Lead role within Operations Intelligence & Analytics focuses on developing executive analytics solutions that transform operational data into actionable insights. The position involves product strategy, roadmap ownership, and delivery of dashboards and interactive applications across global operations functions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain product roadmap for executive dashboards, data summaries, and balanced scorecard reporting
- Develop decision intelligence products in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric with semantic models and KPI frameworks
- Create interactive scenario planning applications incorporating predictive models for trade-off analysis
- Automate data extraction, preparation, and transformation workflows using Python and SQL across ERP systems
- Apply predictive analytics and AI/ML techniques to enhance operational forecasting and risk identification
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years in data science, business intelligence, or analytics with modern BI architecture expertise
- Expert-level Power BI proficiency including DAX for measures, KPIs, and time-intelligence calculations
- Advanced Python (pandas, NumPy) and SQL skills with hands-on data wrangling experience
- Experience developing interactive applications using Power Apps, Plotly Dash, or React.js
- Proficiency with GitHub, Confluence, and Jira for DevOps and agile delivery
- Strong executive communication, data storytelling, product strategy, and UX design capabilities
Compensation: $124,160.00 - $232,800.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits
