Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology from an accredited institution. Certification as a Medical Technologist preferred. Registration with the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or equivalent is desirable. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team. Excellent communication skills and dedication to patient-centered care.
