Pay: $16.00/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Department: Main Shop

We are hiring a dependable Machine Operator / Warehouse Associate for a full-time, 1st-shift opportunity in our main shop. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, material handling, or warehouse work.

Job Duties

Operate foam cutting machines safely and efficiently
Read and use a tape measure accurately
Cut, inspect, sort, and pack finished foam parts
Perform light assembly, production, and packaging duties
Move materials and finished products throughout the shop
Assist with shipping, receiving, labeling, and order preparation as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures

Qualifications

Must be able to read a tape measure
Previous experience as a machine operator, production worker, warehouse worker, packer, assembler, material handler, or general laborer is helpful
Comfortable working in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
Able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout an 8-hour shift
Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
