Job Overview

The Jr. Regional Sales Manager is responsible for assisting the Sales V.P. and Regional Sales Managers in executing sales strategies within their assigned region, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. This role includes assisting the Sales V.P. and Regional Sales Managers in setting and achieving customer sales goals, analyzing performance metrics, and providing training and support to Distributors and Contractors to ensure targets are achieved. The Junior Regional Sales Manager will also collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to improve sales processes, customer experience, and overall offerings.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales VP and Regional Sales Managers in executing regional sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, distributors, and HVAC contractors.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
• Provide product training, sales guidance, and support to distributors and contractors.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and account activities.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and support customer negotiations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
• Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events to generate leads and strengthen relationships.
• Travel 50% or more within the assigned region to support customers and drive sales growth.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development and Account Management
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management, Market Analysis, and Networking
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and Google Workspace
• Ability to work remotely and collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related fields is a plus
• HVAC Industry experience is required.
• Travel within the assigned Sales Region is 50% or more.
