As we continue to expand our presence we are seeking a driven and personable In-Home Sales Specialist to join our team. Job Description We are looking for a motivated In-Home Sales Specialist to promote and sell our surface refinishing services to residential clients throughout the Metro Atlanta territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to help customers envision the full potential of their space. This is a field-based role that offers flexibility, autonomy, and real earning potential for the right person. Responsibilities Conduct in-home estimates and appointments to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate refinishing solutions Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients Guide customers through color and finish selection to help them achieve their vision for their home Identify opportunities to expand the scope of each project through thoughtful recommendations for additional surfaces, finishes, and hardware Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure new business and maximize revenue Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and relationships developed within the community Cultivate referral partnerships with real estate professionals, home stagers, and investors in your territory Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to foster repeat business and referrals Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as defined by management Represent the Miracle Method brand professionally in the field and contribute to our growing social media presence Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in a home improvement or related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal Valid Ga.
