Location Manager - North Raleigh We are seeking a dedicated and talented Location Manager to join our team. In this essential role, you will oversee the daily operations of our medical spa, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our patients. Your responsibilities will include managing team members, coordinating schedules, maintaining inventory, and upholding the highest standards of service and care. Key Responsibilities Manage daily clinic operations and resolve issues. Set and monitor KPIs to meet targets. Ensure treatment rooms are stocked and organized. Clinical Management: Track inventory and place orders. Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards. Maintain staff training schedules. Team Management Conduct monthly check-ins and monitor performance. Manage schedules and address staffing needs. Onboard and train new staff. Financial Tasks Approve biweekly clock‑in/out times. Monitor daily deposits and address discrepancies. Prepare payroll adjustments. Customer Experience Respond to reviews within 24 hours. Oversee patient check‑ins and follow‑up care. Communicate promotions and events to staff. Marketing Coordinate community partnerships and events. Develop referral networks and track marketing efforts. Requirements Minimum 3 years of management experience. Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment. Comfortable handling both leadership and front desk responsibilities. Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills. Goal‑oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Flexible availability. Proficient in using different software platforms for schedule management and reporting.
