Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the rehabilitation department, including staffing and scheduling.
• Develop and implement patient-centered rehabilitation programs.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor departmental budgets and resources effectively.
• Provide training and professional development for rehab staff.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting of rehabilitation outcomes.
