Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the rehabilitation department, including staffing and scheduling.
- Develop and implement patient-centered rehabilitation programs.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans.
- Monitor departmental budgets and resources effectively.
- Provide training and professional development for rehab staff.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain detailed documentation and reporting of rehabilitation outcomes.
