Advanced Field Service EngineerAs an Advanced Field Service Engineer, you will perform maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration of complex/advanced Honeywell Distributed Control Systems (EXPERION PKS, TPS/TDC300). You will directly report to the Field Service Manager, and work out of the Macon, Georgia area on an on-site work schedule.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Periodic communication with customers regarding technical and administrative DCS issues.Provide customer support on Honeywell Control Systems and serve as customer contact for service-related issues/inquiries.Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Honeywell hardware, networks, and software including Experion PKS, LCN, and TPS.Upgrade TPN and Experion software from one software release to another software release on the live control system without causing any interruption to the customer's industrial process.Migrate Legacy Honeywell control systems to Honeywell's new technology offering.Develop the skills and talents of other engineers through guidance and on-the-job supervision.Understand customer key processes and economic drivers and translate those into business opportunities, providing timely research and recommendations.Assist Sales during sales pursuits.Be the face of Honeywell to end-users, and competitors.Learn end-to-end product/solution development and delivery/execution of Honeywell products and solutions.Use technical expertise of complex Honeywell solutions/product offerings to enhance customer experience.Actively interface with customers at all levels.
