This commission-only position offers the opportunity to drive your own success while representing a company that values innovation and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Present and demonstrate our products effectively to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Requirements: Proven experience in outside sales or a related field, preferably in a commission-based role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the territory. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or sales is a plus.
