Delray Beach Based | Local Travel | Company Vehicle Provided
$25–$30/hr Base + $10K–$35K+ Performance Bonus Potential

We are hiring ONE high-performance Dental Assistant.

Licensed Dental Assistant (minimum 1 year experience)

PERFORMANCE STANDARD

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

Base Pay: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience and execution readiness)

Performance Bonuses: $10,000–$35,000+ annually

Territory growth performance
