General Job Description
Under the general supervision of the HIgh School Principal or his designee, musicians will prepare the music in the provided book at a professional level. Musicians must attend pit orchestra rehearsals and performances as scheduled. Essential Functions

General Job Description

- Performs provided music at a professional level.
- Be prepared for each rehearsal
- Attend performances and rehearsals
- Timely communication with the pit orchestra director
- Exhibit patience and flexibility during the rehearsal process
- Ensures that conduct conforms to the school's standards and school district policies.
Additional Duties
Performs other related tasks as assigned by the Principal or his designee Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Professional level proficiency on given instrument
Qualifications Profile
- NJ Certification as a Teacher
Education
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in education discipline
Experience
Prior pit orchestra/musical experience preferred Salary
