The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a key support resource for employees and managers, providing guidance across core HR service areas. This role is responsible for managing employee relations matters, coordinating payroll activities, and addressing employee benefit inquiries to ensure a positive and compliant workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations concerns, providing coaching, conflict resolution support, and guidance aligned with company policies.
• Support payroll processes by ensuring timely submission of changes, resolving payroll discrepancies, and partnering with the payroll team to maintain accuracy.
• Respond to employee benefit questions, assist with enrollment needs, and coordinate issue resolution with benefit providers.
• Partner with managers to promote consistent HR practices and reinforce a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
